Social Media Manager
  • The role is to manage OCBC's social media for consumer financial services division.
  • Map out and drive comprehensive social media strategies to complement existing marketing campaigns and/or standalone OCBC branded posts to increase engagement with the OCBC brand
  • Curate and gatekeep our social media calendar to ensure social posting are timely are deployed in a timely manner
  • Key liaison between Marketing stakeholders and the Social Media agency - responsible to ensure social media agency deliverables are on time and on-brand
  • Oversee social media community and ensure enquiries via social media are attended to by the right stakeholders, within a pre-specified SLA turnaround time
  • Engage with the community with periodic activities and events (contest, etc)
  • Responsible for overall social media metrics: fan base growth, reach, engagement levels and so forth)



Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience managing social media pages for brands (either on client or agency side)
  • Excellent communication and stake holders management skills
  • Strong analytical drive to harness data to drive reach, engagement and / or leads for social media campaigns
  • Self starter and able to contribute new ideas to accelerate engagement on our social media
