Bachelor Degree with experience in Banking Industry / payment operation (Rentas and SWIFT).
Meticulous, thorough and supportive oriented.
Familiar with MS Office Application.Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words.
Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties.
Able to adapt to fast pace working environment.
Job Description
Provide operations, admin support, clearing & settlement of both local and overseas remittance payment transaction, eg: Rentas and SWIFT;
Support in adhoc/admin tasks assigned.
Multi-tasking & providing support to other teams within the same business unit, liaising with other departments to resolve investigations in local.
Ensure compliance to Remittance Policies, Manual & Guidelines and Service Level Agreement.
Preferably, the candidate to have experience in banking operations, especially Foreign currency remittance & familiar with Foreign Exchange Policy Notices / SWIFT & BNM/Paynet guideline.
