Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Citi's brand position and competitive value proposition for GCB and align with the region and global the bank's marketing vision and strategy
  • Embed Citibank's perceptual scale in the market place and drive top of mind awareness and preference for both our motherbrand and cards
  • Proactively integrate NPS, consumer insights, information and competitor intelligence into the development of the marketing strategy that will be relevant in the era of digitization and evolving consumer landscape
  • Manage relationships with external advertising and media agencies and partners ensuring all programs and marketing programs are delivered at the highest level of quality within approved budget
  • Design and drive strategic and operational planning process to ensure that all marketing programs are implemented in a timely, accurate and comprehensive way taking into account all necessary compliance requirements
  • Lead the expense control management process of A&M budget ensuring that expenses and marketing spend are aligned to yearly and quarterly targets
  • Lead the digital sales marketing components including web analytics, search engine optimization, test and target programs, paid and organic media generation, partnerships with aggregators to ensure generation of eligible leads to achieve digital sales target
  • Mentor and develop talent, setting clear goals and providing regular and constructive feedback to team members Ensure a positive and committed team environment, sponsoring major Employee Satisfaction activities


Education and Experience
  • An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
  • 5 years experience in senior marketing management and analytics
  • Experience with program measurement and analysis strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen with strong drive to influence the organization
  • A nurturing and bold leader, a risk-taker and a passionate people builder.
  • Experience in stakeholder management is key.
