Job Description
• Assist senior in the entire process flow from liaison to end user, conceptual design to final production.
• Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
• Assist senior to resolves technical issues through debugging and error investigation on application systems.
• Responsible for enhancement and maintenance of the in-house applications in accordance to business requirements.
• Provide end users support and act in advisory capacity as appropriate and quick solutions.
• Review user’s requirements and provide solution to improve users work efficiencies.
• Computerised manual operations and to improve work efficiencies.
• Coordinate and managing system specification with software developers
• Coordinate and execution of software system testing with system testers
• Assist in update operation procedures manual on yearly basis.
• Project management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• At least 3-6 years working experience in system support.
• Knowledge in banking payment application and reporting application is a must.
• Must be able to work with the team and working independently.
• Familiar with programming language such as C# and .net is a must
• Familiar with database programming language such as T-SQL, Oracle, etc is added advantage.
• Have high critical thinking skill, and business and system analytic skill.
• Knowledge in web technologies – HTML / ASP / C# / C / PHP / JAVA / RPA / UI Path would be an added advantage
