We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager GTRF Client Services.


  • Hold end-to-end ownership of Premium Clients' Trade enquiries and take responsibility for incoming/outgoing client calls and emails;
  • Demonstrate and understanding of client's needs, maintain and maximize GTRF revenue through cross-selling;
  • Provide dedicated account management to a portfolio of clients by acting as a relationship manager and trusted advisor for clients and maintain constant dialogue with clients;
  • Act as an escalation point for customer complaints/enquiries and solve suspected fraud cases by taking immediate measures, protecting both customer and the bank.
  • Supervise and guide team to ensure principal accountabilities are met effectively and motivate team to provide consistent, high-quality customer service.
  • Act as a role model to encourage learning and growth of CSOs.
  • Contribute towards day-to-day operations effectiveness and service efficiency for the team.
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of resources and effective coordination with other GTRF teams.
