Job Description
• Business Analyst (BA) will be an expert in both Information technology and business process and administration.
• Responsible to be the liaison between business unit and IT acting as communication link between IT and business users.
• Responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analysing data to inform business decisions, and finding technology solutions to business needs.
• Participate in SIT and user requirements gathering process.
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
• Working together with project managers, application support team and business users to complete projects and initiatives.
• Being the subject matter expert in payment system solution in terms of operational flow, parameter setting and system flow.
• Being the subject matter expert in application solutions (regional system, local system, head office system) and able to liase between end users, application teams and solution providers.
• Pro-actively identify areas for improvement in the system to improve on the application.
• Perform regression testing on releases of new software.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Computer science or Business Administration.
• 5 years working experience in FI environment.
• Preferably someone with 3 to 5 years business operations background experience and has completed multiple IT applications project eg. Payment system projects, regulator reporting projects, etc.
• Familiar with Business operations as well as Information technology.
• Familiar with payments solutions and operation flow.
• Must be able to bridge and engage effectively business team with technology team in.
• Daily projects initiatives and system supports.
• Must analyze and translate the client’s requirements distinctly.
• Have high critical thinking skill, and business and system analytic skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal.
