Job Description:

• At least 6 years' experience in relevant Banking / Information Technology
• Proficient in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, CL programming
• Knowledge in RPG/400, DB2/400.
• Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Well-versed in-service management/production support
• Knowledge of Silverlake's banking software suite will be added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
• Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.
• Manage 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and good quality.
• Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators
• Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
• Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
• Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance.
