The Role: Demand Generation Specialist - Sales (Data Analyst)

The Impact: S&P Engineering Solutions are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of turning data into information, information into insight which empowers business growth.

The successful candidate will have autonomy to recognize the total addressable market and provide insight into growth strategies through whitespace gap analysis, in addition to collaborating with supporting functional teams to support complimentary growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Ability to recognize applicability of solutions offered by Engineering Solutions to core industries served.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with functional leaders on complimentary growth strategies, including Marketing and Product Management.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Knowledge of core industries and applicability of Engineering Solutions is an advantage, including but not limited - Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Construction, Electronics, Government and Academic.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills - Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to leadership that make analysis easy to interpret.
• Strong personal skills in support of collaboration with functional leaders on
• Ability to track progress of all supported lead generation campaigns to monitor ROI and evaluate trends to support KPI's.
