Reporting To: Manager, M&T Client Services, Customer Care Support
Work Hour: US Hours (9pm - 5am MYT)
We're looking for an experienced Associate, Account Governance to own and transform the Global Account Governance process within Maritime & Trade. This role will suit a confident and collaborative person who enjoys a wide range of activities from working with end users at all levels in the firm to technical work and conversations. This is a responsible and visible role in an innovative, fast paced and service focused program.
- Must have subject matter expertise in Salesforce
- Extensive knowledge of accounts, contracts and opportunities
- Extensive experience in reporting tools and platforms
- Substantial knowledge of end-to-end business workflows and processes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills at all levels, written and verbal
