Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Job Description: Responsibilities:
Support implementation/upgrade/transformational projects in/from Malaysia, and customer facing at Malaysia site if required.
Lead in pre-sales on pursuits to help win business and new projects/engagements.
Conduct client workshops/solution designing and configuration on the module
Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design
Migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment
Provide support to existing accounts and team in the region Key skills:
6 to 8+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
Completed at least 2 to 3 end to end Could HCM implementation projects
Experience in financial services industry
Possess a deep understanding of and have strong configuration skills in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management and Security.
Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Core HR / Talent Management/ Compensation)
Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud product in a multi country, multiples business units, multi-phase roll out schedule.
Sound exposure on Core HR Enterprise Structure setup and configurations - organizations, legal entities, departments, divisions, grades, jobs and positions
Experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
Deep experience on In-bound and Out-bound Integrations to/from the Oracle HCM Cloud system, e.g Migration of New enterprise setups from existing eBS, Migration of New employees from existing eBS
Reporting Understanding of OTBI/OBIEE reports, migration and scheduling
Solutioning & Estimation experience against requirements (RFP/RFI/Tender)
Proposal Presentation experience to clients for their tracks
Demo & POC to clients for their tracks
Ability to explain value proposition and benefits of the proposed solution to clients for tracks
Ability to move from Pre-sales cycle to delivery cycle and handle multiple pre-sales
