Engineer is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.
Some of the primary duties include:
- Proactive monitoring and analysis
- Data Integrity
- Technical Lead during Severity 1 & 2 Incidents
- Change/EWO review team
- Change Implementation
- Problem management
- RCA analysis
- Implement IMAC
- Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon escalation
- Execute emergency changes
- Create RCA's
- Work with core engineering for incident resolution
- Provide technical training for L1 & L2
- Technical escalation point of contact for L1 & L2 engineers
Note: Require to work in 24x7 shift rotation
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in related field
- At least 5-7 year experience in Networking
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with multi-vendor environment
- Familiar with ITIL process
- Good to have CCNP/CCIE/F5 certification
Skillset: Firewalls - Palo Alto/Fortigate/Checkpoint/ASA
Load Balancers - F5
Cisco devices (LAN/WAN)
HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) - LAN/WAN/WLAN
