Description:
1. Ensuring DR Readiness and raising the bar a level higher by focusing on these key areas:
a. Benchmarking for all DR Systems
b. DR Dashboard
c. Surprise DR Drills
d. E-Quarterly Versioning Process
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, organize, track and conduct DR test activities to ensure DR readiness
2. Accountable for the Reporting pillar for Disaster Recovery which include the DR procedure quarterly versioning, Key Risk Indicator reporting, ESS reports and risk (BCP/BIA) assessments
3. Work closely with Technology Infrastructure/Data Center/BU to coordinate DR/BCP activity/testing/exercise and conduct briefing for stand-alone/bank-wide DR Testing
4. Close Audit Observation issue; ensure compliance with OCBC ITMP framework
5. Conduct periodic review and perform BAU maintenance on DR Plan and documentations
6. Provide guidance and advisory assistance to project teams for DR implementation to be in line with Bank's DR policies and guidelines
7. Conduct acceptance of DR system after rollout
8. Coordinate reinstatement activities with respective IT teams
9. Conduct post-DR Test debrief, DR post-mortem and prepare Management Report on DR test conducted

Qualifications

1. Prior working experience in providing IT Disaster Recovery (DR) service from designated regional IT hub for organisation with global presence
2. Well versed with ITIL IT Service Continuity Management
3. Have experience in coordination of DR Test, developing DR Test Plan documentation and produce Post-DR Test reporting
4. Working experience / knowledge in digitalization (Cloud Hosting), automation of DR Processes and SharePoint Site Administration / Workflow
5. Proficiency in English
