Officer - Regulatory Compliance (6-Month Contract)
Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the department Organize meetings and other departmental activities, including booking venue, checking attendee's availabilities, arranging documents required and setting up equipment Handle expenses reimbursement for the department Arrange for the dispatch/mailing of internal and external correspondences Coordinate the procurement of stationery and other office equipment Arrange traveling and hotel accommodation for overseas business trips Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements:
Preferably with formal secretarial training and tertiary educated At least 3 years of secretarial and/or administrative experience; working experience in the financial industry or well-known financial organization is an advantage Organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
