YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for an experienced professional to be part of the Financial Crime Compliance Technology team in Zurich. The team works to deliver the committed technology road map as agreed with the senior compliance sponsors. The team is responsible for 2nd level support of local compliance systems in Zurich. The team is also responsible for project and vendor management ensuring that all project and support commitments are met. The team also interfaces with the compliance user to define requirements and project goals.

The team works to deliver the committed technology road map as agreed with the senior compliance sponsors. The team is responsibility for project implementation, along with 2nd level system support. The team is Responsible for vendor management ensuring that all project and support commitments are met. The team interfaces with the local compliance user base to define requirements and project goals. The team also works closely with the other local technology teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

You will have opportunity to manage new compliance and technology driven projects across the regulatory AML and Communications space. You will need to work with vendors to implement and upgrade systems. You will need to provide excellent 2nd line support for technology issues as well as responding quickly to user queries from Compliance and Legal locally in Zurich. Upcoming projects include two new vendor products that will be replacing existing application suites in Zurich.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in AML and Communication Surveillance technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) due to exposure to senior business people locally
  • Good collaborative and team work skills are key to be successful in this role
  • Confident, reliable worker and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of the local regulatory environment in Switzerland � Experience working with sensitive/confidential data and vendors
  • Experience in software development and software integration
  • Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
  • Experience in design, deployment and support of small office setups
  • Excellent documentation of system designs and related management and support procedures
  • Knowledge of Windows/UNIX programming/scripting languages such as Perl, Python, bash shell scripting, PowerShell
  • Strong SQL / UDB database skills incl. stored procedures
  • Experience in software development (Java, Java Script, C++ or similar)
  • Experience in web technologies such as JBoss, Apache and Tomcat Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of 'Actimize' and 'Compliance Link' products are desirable
  • Automation skills
