A world leading bank is currently looking for a Application Delivery & Support Manager with local payment experience based in Shanghai.
- Be responsible for the delivery of application design, development, testing, and post installation support.
- Ensure that application support services for China Local & Payment Applications are in accordance with Service Level agreements.
- Manage system analysts and effectively integrate with infrastructure teams to help ensure end-to-end support.
- Facilitate and conduct risk & compliance assessments of projects and initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with Business, Vendor, and wider Technology teams to ensure successful outcomes through collaboration.
- Establish accountability and a clear point of contact for applicable China Local & Payment applications.
- More than 8 years of application delivery and support experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Project & Delivery Management, Customer Engagement, Vendor Management, and People Leadership
- Successful track record of project delivery and in leveraging in-house and partner capabilities
- Ability to drive technology teams in multinational business environments
- Experience in process improvement and quality frameworks
- Knowledge with the China local industry application landscape including regulatory systems would be highly preferred
